Job description

Prime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports - including Amazon MGM Studios-produced series and movies; licensed fan favorites; and programming from Prime Video add-on subscriptions such as Apple TV+, Max, Crunchyroll and MGM+. All customers, regardless of whether they have a Prime membership or not, can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store, and can enjoy even more content for free with ads.
Are you interested in shaping the future of entertainment

Prime Video's technology teams are creating best-in-class digital video experience.
As a Prime Video technologist, you'll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. You'll get to work on projects that are fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You'll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.
We'll look for you to bring your diverse perspectives, ideas, and skill-sets to make Prime Video even better for our customers

With global opportunities for talented technologists, you can decide where a career Prime Video Tech takes you!
What You'll Do
Join Prime Video's Partner Experience & Supply Chain team as a Business Intelligence Engineer and become the data expert who transforms how we work with our content partners and optimize our supply chain.
You'll be the go-to person for turning complex supply chain data into clear insights that drive real decisions. Working alongside product managers, engineers, and operations teams, you'll build the analytics tools and dashboards that help everyone understand what's working, what's not, and where we should focus next.
The Problems You'll Solve
Our supply chain generates massive amounts of data, but data alone doesn't drive change - insights do. You'll tackle questions like: Where are the bottlenecks slowing down content delivery

Which partner workflows need improvement. How can we predict and prevent supply chain issues before they impact customers?
You'll create the visibility tools that turn these questions into actionable answers, helping teams spot trends early and make confident, data-backed decisions.
What Makes This Role Different
You won't just be running reports - you'll be a strategic partner shaping how Prime Video manages relationships with content partners and optimizes the entire supply chain. Your work will directly influence how quickly and efficiently we bring content to millions of viewers worldwide.
You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and build the tools that matter most

If you love diving deep into data, translating complexity into clarity, and seeing your insights drive tangible improvements, this role offers that impact.
Key job responsibilities
Analyze data to identify and execute on business opportunities
Understand data resources and select appropriate sources for each analysis
Build fast prototypes using Amazon AI tools (Kiro, Claude CLI, QuickSuite) and translate them into production-grade data products
Evaluate requirements and select optimal tools, balancing speed, efficiency, and scalability
Build data pipelines and dashboards from multi-dimensional datasets to report product metrics and KPIs
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders verbally and in writing
About the team
We are part of the central Product and Data Team within the Partner Experience & Supply Chain organization at Prime Video. Our structure and scope is a hybrid model where we collaborate closely with our tech teams to build data products that solve problems affecting PV customers and our internal stakeholders.
We optimize the supply chain and deliver the highest standard of video streaming content to our customers

Our team is the trusted analytical powerhouse that drives unified data solutions, making Prime Video the preferred entertainment destination for customers worldwide.
