RUN Studios is seeking a driven Associate Producer to join our team! This is a hybrid position requiring some days in office in Seattle, WA.
The Associate Producer is the main support for our team of producers. In this flexible role, you'll help with producer tasks and provide backend support to the production team. We're looking for someone who is well-organized and good at handling multiple tasks. You should pay close attention to details, be creative, and be able to express yourself clearly. You'll enjoy being part of a fast-paced and hardworking production team in an important support role.
As an Associate Producer, You Will
  • Meet with stakeholders to assess their production needs, budget, and workback schedules.
  • Scope, schedule, and track projects and ensure delivery timelines are met.
  • Manage (and assign to Production Coordinator as needed) tasks involving crewing, fulfilling resourcing requests for upcoming shoots, maintaining call sheets, tracking/approving invoices, tracking expenses, and booking agreements.
  • Organize crew assignments for productions, work with vendors, set schedules, develop call sheets, and assign crew positions to ensure the quality of the production.
  • Support the planning, design, and direction of media projects for advanced video productions, live events, and post-production needs.
  • Provide project-based support to producers.
  • Be on set Associate Producer for remote, in person events and studio shows.
  • Prepare production documentations such as production books, headshot sheets, diagrams, schedules, etc.
  • Work with Production Coordinator and Production Manager to manage production calendar/schedule.
  • Supports tracks and reports billing timing and cadence and updates finance team in order to provide accurate forecasting data.
  • Support implementation of improvements to team production workflows and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
  • QA videos and closed captions.
  • Assist in scoping new projects independently as needed.
  • Own smaller individual projects and cultivate a list of clients.

In This Role, You Bring
  • 1-2 years experience in video production.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • General camera, lighting, and audio knowledge.
  • Knowledge of production and post-production workflows.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Virtual platform experience (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  • Excellent, clear, and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related area.
  • Experience in working in a corporate environment/Fortune 10 company and brand.
  • General understanding of the technical and creative video production workflows within a broadcast or studio facility environment.

Compensation
Pay Range: $25.00 - $27.00 / hour
The successful candidate's pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
Benefits:
