Netflix is looking for a versatile Senior Game Producer, Party and Puzzle Games, to join our dynamic Games Production team and contribute to our goal of bringing best-in-class games to our members. We're a team with big ambitions and an obsession to deliver memorable game moments that leave players telling their own stories for years to come.

As a Senior Producer for Party and Puzzle Games, you will be at the forefront of our game development process, driving excellence in game quality, timelines, and risk management. You will lead major initiative titles and franchises, ensuring game excellence and strategic alignment with our portfolio objectives.

Your role will involve mentoring and managing a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. This role is remote and will require frequent interaction with both Pacific and Eastern European time zones. Some travel will be required quarterly to either Los Angeles or Los Gatos.

Key Responsibilities: Game Leadership: Produce a complex title from inception to live. Be the single source of truth for game information. Excellence in Game Production: Have a proven track record as an excellent game producer with a focus on game readiness, quality, predictability, impact, and performance.

Roadmap and Schedule Creation: Develop and drive full lifecycle project roadmaps, schedules, and quality standards, ensuring alignment with broader portfolio and quality goals. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with our operations teams to own partnerships with cross-functional teams, excelling in relationship management and delivery. Strategic Focus: Demonstrate a strong understanding of portfolio objectives and the ability to align project efforts with strategic goals.

Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Video Game Production, preferably in both Publishing and Development, shipping multiple products from ideation to live operation on various platforms. Strong understanding of game development - Design, Programming, Art, Audio, Localization, QA, Release Management. Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, utilize analytical skills for continuous improvement.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. Experience in presenting to and communicating effectively with stakeholders and partners at all levels. Proven leadership skills, able to influence teams without direct authority, while fostering a positive team environment and relationships.

Expertise in managing project budgets - forecasting, tracking, reporting Can make cost-effective decisions while maintaining high bar for game quality Up-to-date on industry trends, player preferences, and the competitive landscape. Passionate about gaming across various genres/platforms, with a focus on party, puzzle, tabletop, card games. Highly-adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments Open to receiving and giving feedback Sensitive to cultural differences - able to work effectively with diverse teams and audiences.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.

The range for this role is $170,000.00 - $250,000.00. This compensation range will vary based on location. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
