This role will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and editing and repurposing existing video content for paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer or affiliate marketing. Responsibilities: Create high-quality beauty content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms Manage day-to-day social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and community engagement Edit and produce short-form video content for social media and paid advertising campaigns Collaborate with influencers, proactively source and reach out to potential partners, and assist in managing affiliate programs.

Monitor social media performance and provide insights for optimization Stay up-to-date with trends in beauty, social media, and content marketing Requirements: A bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media is highly preferred. 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (Agency or In-house experience is a plus). "Ability to work onsite ( M- F) to facilitate real-time collaboration and team engagement Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Strong video editing skills and ability to produce short-form content Experience with beauty content creation is highly preferred Knowledge or experience in influencer/affiliate marketing programs Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities Cultural Passion: A deep, genuine passion for Asian culture and products, "in the know" regarding trending brands Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative Ability to map content ideas back to business KPIs Familiarity with content management tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) Work Sample Requirement: Candidates must provide a portfolio of social media work besides resume, including specific posts they have created or edited
