My Gym is currently hiring a children's fitness coach/director. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales. Leading Birthday parties is where the FUN is at! JOIN US! Link to video:
Position Requirements for our teachers:
  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • Ability to work 21+ hours per week, including weekends.
  • Highly energetic
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with children
  • Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field) is a plus
  • Effective leadership and motivational skills
  • Effective time management
  • Adept sales skills

Starts at $16-$20 per hour - Average trained staff member earns $18-$23 per hour.
