Healing Arts Social Work Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will leverage your expertise to enhance the psychosocial well-being of clients at our detox center in Aurora, Colorado. Work Environment

This role is primarily conducted in a remote setting, with the flexibility to engage with clients and teams through virtual platforms. While the full-time schedule runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, there may be occasional requirements for evening or weekend hours to meet clients’ emergent needs. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and care coordinators to facilitate holistic support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, actively identifying emotional, mental, and social factors that may affect their substance use and recovery journey.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's goals, preferences, and needs, working collaboratively with clients and their families.
  • Provide ongoing counseling and emotional support to clients and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of detox and recovery.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and ensure their access to necessary community resources, including support groups and rehab programs.
  • Regularly monitor client progress through follow-up visits and virtual check-ins, addressing any emerging concerns regarding their living situation or mental health.
  • Facilitate effective communication among family members to resolve conflicts and foster a supportive environment for clients during recovery.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client assessments, care plans, and interactions, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on current practices in social work and substance use treatment to provide the most effective support at all times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role centers on providing acute care and support to seniors struggling with substance use. Qualifications
