Position Summary

The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning and analysis across Atari's business units, including games, e-commerce, licensing, and hardware. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this individual will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a fast-moving environment where not all systems are fully built out yet. This is a growth role and ideal for someone who blends genuine passion for games with solid financial chops and wants to grow alongside the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, with hands-on ownership of spreadsheet models and financial data
  • Prepare regular financial reports and variance analyses across business units
  • Partner with and help coordinate the India-based FP&A team on day-to-day deliverables and reporting workflows
  • Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions, M&A activity, and scenario planning
  • Contribute to the development of KPI dashboards and data reporting tools
  • Work cross-functionally with department heads to gather inputs and provide financial insights
  • Help identify and implement process improvements as systems and infrastructure continue to evolve

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance; FP&A, corporate reporting, or a mix of both welcome
  • Experience in the video game industry (studio, publisher, or platform) strongly preferred. A plus if you understand how games are made, distributed, and monetized
  • Exposure to multi-entity or global organizations a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills. Spreadsheets are central to this role
  • Comfort working in environments where not everything is systematized yet; a builder mindset
  • Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for applying them to financial workflows
  • Familiarity with Power Query or similar dataset tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to communicate financial concepts clearly

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
