Content Curators are professionals who sift through large volumes of information from various sources to select, organize, and present the most relevant and valuable content for a specific audience. They often work for companies, publications, or social media platforms to ensure that audiences receive high-quality and engaging material. Content Curators may use digital tools to discover, categorize, and share articles, videos, images, or other media, and they play a key role in maintaining a brand's online presence and authority. Their work helps save time for audiences and adds value by making sense of the vast amount of content available online.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a content curator?

To thrive as a Content Curator, you need strong research abilities, editorial judgment, and proficiency in digital content management, often supported by a background in communications, journalism, or marketing. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools is typically required. Stripe

Full-time

Job description

Who we areAbout Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies-from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups-use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Global Sales Enablement is responsible for driving productivity and effectiveness across Stripe's sales organization. We're looking for a technical enablement expert who is passionate about empowering solution architects. The Solution Architect (SA) Enablement Business Partner will develop and deliver enablement programs that equip our SA teams with the deep product knowledge, technical skills, and consultative selling capabilities needed to drive success for Stripe enterprise customers. This role requires strong technical expertise, a keen eye for content curation, and the ability to scale enablement at pace. This individual is flexible, meticulous in their craft, and has a positive "can do" attitude.

What you'll do

You'll act as a strategic partner to SA leadership and contribute to the global sales enablement strategy, designing and delivering the programs that equip solution architects with the product knowledge and consultative skills needed to drive success for Stripe enterprise customers. Working at the intersection of Product and GTM, you'll build the content, tools, and systems that let SA enablement scale as the organization grows-staying current on industry trends and competitive landscapes to ensure the team always has a technical edge.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs, ongoing training, and just-in-time learning resources to keep our SA teams at the cutting edge
  • Identify skill and knowledge gaps, then partner cross-functionally to build innovative enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in satisfaction, productivity, and revenue generation
  • Leverage scalable content creation and curation frameworks to efficiently package technical product information, solution architectures, and selling strategies
  • Establish metrics and analytics to track the impact of enablement initiatives and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure enablement content is always up-to-date and optimized for the field
  • Partner with Product Operations and Product teams to stay ahead of upcoming product releases and ensure technical readiness prior to launch
  • Cultivate a community of expert practitioners, crowdsourcing best practices and user-generated content to continuously improve enablement
Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements
  • 10+ years of experience including SA and enablement for global organizations offering payments or SaaS-based solutions
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for a sales audience
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales performance
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and build productive relationships with teams across the organization
  • Experience with content creation, curation, and knowledge management platforms
Preferred qualifications
  • An advanced degree or certificate in enablement
  • Deep expertise across the Stripe product suite
  • Stripe implementation experience
  • Passion for continuous learning and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
