The Marketing Associate-Local Presence & Multimedia supports the firm's local brand visibility and content production efforts. This position focuses on managing Google Business Profile (GBP), Google Maps, and YouTube content creation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable behind and in front of a camera, with a strong grasp of basic photo/video editing and reputation management.

 
  • Manage and maintain the firm's Google Business Profile (GBP/GMB), including updates, posts, and accurate business info.
  • Schedule and publish regular GBP posts to boost local SEO visibility.
  • Monitor, report, and dispute negative or fake Google reviews promptly.
  • Assist in writing scripts, scheduling, and coordinating video shoots for YouTube and social channels.
  • Capture and edit professional headshots and team photos using Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, social media, and website embedding.
  • Support video uploads, tagging, and optimization on YouTube (titles, thumbnails, SEO keywords).
  • Track and report on local search visibility and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and scheduling tasks within the marketing department.
  • 1-2 years of marketing or administrative experience (agency or legal field preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Google Business Profile, YouTube, and social posting tools.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Canva, and basic video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting ability.
  • Comfortable working with cameras and recording equipment.
