Job description

Job Title: Multimedia Content Creator

Location: Austin, TX/Remote

Reports To: Director of Digital Strategy


Primary duties will include:

· Shoot, edit, and publish video content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, sales presentations, product launches, dealer communications, and internal communications.

· Create product demonstration videos, instructional videos, training videos, event recap videos, interviews, and promotional content.

· Develop social media reels and short-form video content from concept through final delivery.

· Create branded graphics, photography, digital campaign assets, website visuals, email graphics, and presentation materials.

· Plan and execute content production including scripting, storyboarding, shot planning, filming, editing, captioning, and publishing support.

· Produce instructional and training content that clearly communicates products, processes, workflows, and company initiatives.

· Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Operations, People Operations, and leadership teams to support strategic business initiatives.

· Manage multiple multimedia projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.

· Maintain organized project files, digital assets, templates, and content libraries.

· Utilize creative software, AI-assisted tools, and multimedia production technologies to improve content quality and production efficiency.

· Research content creation, social media, video production, and marketing trends and recommend new ideas and best practices.

· Support trade shows, events, showroom content, interviews, product launches, and other on-site content production needs.

· Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and production requirements proactively.

· Ensure all content aligns with MooreCo brand standards, messaging, and visual identity.

· Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

· Experience with video editing, multimedia production, photography, and graphic design.

· Ability to script, shoot, edit, and deliver instructional videos, product videos, social media content, and marketing assets.

· Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, visual composition, branding, and audience engagement.

· Proficiency with video editing, graphic design, and digital content creation platforms.

· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Descript, or similar creative software.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.

· Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Valid driver's license may be required for travel between company locations and events.

Preferred education:

· BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.

· We will consider additional experience in lieu of degree.

· Portfolio demonstrating video editing, multimedia content creation, photography, graphic design, or related creative work preferred.


The essential physical & environmental requirements of the position are:

· Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. without assistance.

· Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, cameras, lighting equipment, and controls.

· Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk, work on a computer, and perform repetitive tasks.

· Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and move throughout office, showroom, warehouse, and event environments.

· Ability to hear sounds and differentiate between them.

· Ability to visually understand distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and have color vision.

· Occasional travel between company locations, warehouse facilities, showroom spaces, and events may be required.
