Job description

Last Energy seeks a Video & Multimedia Producer to lead the end-to-end creation of compelling video content that brings our mission, projects, and technical innovations to life. This role will focus primarily on owning the full production pipeline - from concept through delivery - across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and executive communications, while also contributing to broader content initiatives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Produce and direct high-quality video content for web, social, press, events, and executive presentations
  • Own the full production lifecycle, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, shoot coordination, and on-site direction
  • Edit and finish video content for digital channels, including cuts, color, captions, graphics, sound design, and motion graphics
  • Develop shot lists, production schedules, and visual briefs that align with campaign goals and brand standards
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and visually dynamic storytelling
  • Ensure all video content aligns with Last Energy's voice, visual identity, and regulatory requirements
  • Create various multimedia to support video and social media campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in video production, digital media, or a related field
  • Strong command of end-to-end video production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to manage production timelines and deliverables under tight deadlines
  • Creative, collaborative, and adaptable working style with a strong visual sensibility
  • Copywriting & graphic design skills are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX
