Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Position Summary: 

The Affiliate Marketing Specialist works closely with the Marketing Manager, Digital & AI Enablement, to provide hands-on execution support for affiliate marketing needs with a primary focus on social media management, paid social campaign support, and rapid content creation. This role turns approved messaging into platform-ready posts, short-form video, and photography assets while ensuring brand consistency, responsiveness, and basic performance reporting. This role also builds and maintains reusable templates and toolkits that help local teams move quickly while staying aligned to Everent Health governance and standards.

 

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting marketing, social media, or digital content execution (healthcare, nonprofit, or regulated environment preferred).
  • Experience with social publishing tools and major social platforms; familiarity with paid social tools is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of common design/video editing tools and ability to produce platform-ready assets.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to follow governance, brand, and compliance requirements.
