Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management
o Plan, create, and schedule posts across all company and community social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Develop engaging, brand-consistent content tailored to each platform's audience and trends.
o Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
o Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Graphic Design & Content Creation
o Design flyers, ads, infographics, and other marketing materials as needed using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
o Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
o Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Specialist to support campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaboration & Support
o Work closely with the Corporate Marketing Specialist to align social media and design efforts with overall marketing strategies.
o Assist with photo and video editing for social media, website, and digital campaigns.
o Maintain an organized library of creative assets for easy access and use.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience managing professional social media accounts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in creating short-form video content (Reels, and Stories).
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
