Responsible for brainstorming, creating, and transferring ideas into content while maintaining the brand and standards of the Collection. Experience with website content management software is a plus as this position assists with maintaining the companies many websites. Must be flexible, creative and a freethinker. Contribute to developing unique, new concepts through team strategy sessions and individual work time. Utilize what makes our properties appealing to consumers through professional content in all advertising efforts.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESSOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:
  • Help to conceive, develop, and produce effective advertising campaigns on the Collections social media channels
  • Research, vet and coordinate possible influencers
  • Negotiate contract for influencers and be the contact person for Stein Collection ensuring consistency of our brand and assets produced
  • Greet, entertain, and host influencers and media as needed
  • Administer the creation and publishing of relevant, original, creative, high-quality content
  • Research competitors and stay updated on market trends
  • Allocate and adhere to an annual monthly budget per property for paid sponsored social content

CONTENT CREATION:
  • Present ideas for content monthly
  • Capture video and still content to use in social media and to build content library
  • Obtain video footage - phone, video equipment and drone
  • Build and positive working relationships with internal staff
  • Become familiar with each department and coordinate shoots to promote on a consistent basis

MARKETING:
  • Manage photo library of assets for social media and events
  • Responsible for organizing and maintaining wedding photo library
  • Coordinate with marketing team, photographers, and production vendors as needed
  • Update, revise or add content to the Collections websites
  • When needed, assist Director of Marketing and PR with photo and video shoots
  • Write copy and work with copywriter to write clear and persuasive copy for social media, posts, content, and emails
  • Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at a time with and without direct supervision

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Highly creative with an eye for detail, enjoys coming up with new content ideas
  • Experience managing business social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms is required
  • Photography and video experience is required
  • Experience with video editing
  • Comfortable with operating a drone, certified is a plus
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work on own
  • Experience with CMS preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in visual formats
  • Be a team player and willing to support other members of the team
  • Excellent communication and entertaining skills
  • Has a good technical understanding and easily learns new apps, tools, and skills quickly
  • Experience with Sprout preferred
  • Must have proficient knowledge in photo management software
  • Experience working with AI platforms is a plus
  • Willingness to learn new skills and attend trainings to keep current with trends and tools

This is a hybrid position requiring schedule flexibility and the ability to work evenings and weekends as need to capture content.
