Description:

We’re looking for a motivated Video Editor to support our creative team in delivering high-quality content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in video editing software and familiar with post-production workflows, including media management, syncing, basic color correction, and audio leveling.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist Senior Editors and Creative Directors in shaping video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, brand films, sizzles, and case studies
  • Import, transcode, sync, and organize raw footage and assets within established workflows
  • Build rough assemblies and string outs from creative briefs or scripts, maintaining clear timelines and labeling systems
  • Support light color correction, audio leveling, and motion graphics under the guidance of senior editors
  • Keep project files organized and manage storage workflows across shared drives and cloud platforms
  • Export, encode, and deliver final videos in multiple aspect ratios and codecs optimized for social and digital platforms
  • Manage revisions, versioning, and delivery according to specs and client feedback
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure consistency with brand standards
  • Troubleshoot common post-production issues and assist with software/hardware setup when needed
  • Stay up to date on emerging editing tools, platform requirements, and content best practices
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on video editing or post-production experience (internships and freelance work welcome)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow from feedback
  • Passion for culture, social media, and content that captures attention
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong understanding of video codecs, terminology, and editing workflows
  • Adobe Premiere & After Effects proficient
  • DaVinci Resolve familiarity.
  • ARRI / RED/ Canon / Phantom footage workflow experience
  • On-set DIT experience

  • Experience with editing videos for packaged consumer goods in the beauty industry
  • Must be available to work onsite five times per week M-F

Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
