Overview
The Associate Manager, Video Content supports the creation of fast-paced, culturally relevant, platform-native video content across organic social channels. This role is ideal for a creative, hands-on storyteller who is passionate about sneaker culture, sports, fashion, and youth trends, with a strong understanding of how content performs across short-form social platforms. Partnering closely with Social, Influencer, and Creative teams, this position helps concept, capture, edit, and deliver engaging content that connects with consumers in real time.

Responsibilities

  • Create platform-native short-form video content optimized for channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Contribute to creative ideation, brainstorms, shoots, trend moments, and real-time content opportunities
  • Capture and edit fast-turn, culturally relevant social content aligned with brand voice and audience interests
  • Monitor trends, sounds, creators, and visual styles across sneaker, sport, fashion, and youth culture
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute content quickly and efficiently in a fast-moving environment
  • Edit and deliver polished social content using mobile and desktop editing tools
  • Support rapid content production while maintaining creativity, quality, and platform relevance
  • Assist with influencer and creator-related initiatives and campaign execution
  • Provide production support including shoot setup, product sourcing, prop coordination, mailings, and vendor onboarding
  • Support occasional evening, weekend, holiday, and travel needs related to shoots or live content moments

Qualifications

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience creating video or social content through professional, freelance, academic, or personal projects
  • Portfolio, social handle, or work samples showcasing short-form or social-first video content
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and creator-driven content styles
  • Passion for sneaker culture, basketball, fashion, and youth culture
  • Experience shooting and editing content using mobile devices and/or mirrorless cameras
  • Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver content quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong creative instincts, organization, and time management skills

Preferred

  • Experience supporting influencer or creator-led content initiatives
  • Experience creating content for retail, fashion, sports, or lifestyle brands
