Video & Content Intern

Sigma Commercial LLC | Milwaukee, WI (East Side) Paid Internship | Full-Time | 3 Months | In-Person

About Us

Sigma Commercial LLC is a Milwaukee-based company operating in the construction space, producing video content across two YouTube channels along with a companion business podcast. We care about craftsmanship, plain talk, and doing the job right, and we want our content to reflect that.

The Role

We need two Video & Content Intern to document our work: job sites, finished projects, and the people behind them. Your footage will run across our YouTube channels, giving viewers an honest, well-made look at what we do.

This isn't a studio gig. You'll be on active construction sites regularly, which means understanding the work, staying out of the way, and following every safety rule without exception.

What You'll Do

Shoot video on active construction sites and in the office

Edit raw footage into finished content for our YouTube channels

Coordinate with the team to plan shoots around project timelines and milestones

Build supporting graphics and thumbnails as needed

Follow all site safety protocols at all times, no exceptions

What We're Looking For

Solid understanding of camera operation and lighting fundamentals

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro) or DaVinci Resolve

Familiarity with Canva is a plus for thumbnails

Comfortable working on active construction sites: loud, dusty, and physically demanding at times, with safety always coming first

Professional, direct communication style suited to a traditional business environment

Reliable full-time availability for the entire 3-month term

Details

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week

Location: In-person at our East Side Milwaukee office, with regular travel to active job sites

Duration: 3-month paid internship
