ABOUT THIS JOB:

 The Videography Intern will support the creation of high-quality video content that showcases Namify's products, services, and swag management software, AXOMO. This temporary internship will run through the end of October and provides hands-on experience in all aspects of video production, including planning, filming, editing, and post-production. The intern will primarily work from Namify's office, with occasional opportunities to travel to capture company events and customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their videography portfolio while gaining real-world marketing and brand storytelling experience. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce and coordinate various videos and digital content that promote our products and, services and brand 
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of up-to-date training videos for internal use
  • Collaborate with team members to effectively place and advertise these creative works
  • Assist with the execution of webinars and other online conferences
  • Support our internal branding, culture initiatives, and recruiting by capturing and promoting compelling video and photos
  • Assist with occasional media creation for larger clients
  • All other duties as assigned.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:

  • $19/hour

SCHEDULE

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm - In Office
  •  Remote work is not available 

Requirements

Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States 

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES:

  • One or more years of film experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite -Including Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Experience planning, filming, and editing video content for marketing, social media, training, or similar projects
  • Ability to understand and connect with various audiences
  • Basic script writing, storytelling, and creative writing skills
  • Must be able to work in either a standing or sitting position for 6-8 hours a day.
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to be flexible and accommodating in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and quotas
  • Strong work ethic, desire to learn and grow
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Must have great attention to detail, even with repetitive processes.
  • Must be able to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Perform quality work within deadlines with and without direct supervision.
  • Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION FOR:

  •  Previous podcast, webinar experience or live streaming experience  

PERFORMANCE METRICS:

  • On-time completion of projects
  • Produce engaging, high-quality video content that supports brand awareness, and client communication goals 
  • Complete assigned video projects on schedule, including and average of at least four edited videos per month (including at least one Axomo promotional video)

THIS POSITION REPORTS TO: 

Brand Manager

WORK SPACE INFO: 

This job primarily operates in an office environment. Periodically, the videographer conducts business with the production team in a warehouse environment which requires standing, moving, and lifting.


TRAINING:

Training for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required.


SAFETY:

Namify enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe working environment. Each incumbent is responsible for completing all training requirements and fulfilling self-aid/buddy-aid responsibilities, participating in emergency response tasks as requested, and serving on safety committees and teams as requested.
