Job description

Title Nine creates and curates the world’s best outdoor adventure gear for women. Outfitting women to risk, lead, and own in all areas of their life—on the trail and off.

We are searching for a talented Senior Creative Producer (Video & Content) to join our Creative team. This is a full time position, based in our Emeryville, CA office Monday–Thursday, with the option to work remotely on non-critical Fridays.

About the Role

As Senior Creative Producer, you'll lead video production while overseeing photo shoots and creative operations. Working closely with Creative, Merchandising, and Marketing, you'll create content that fuels every channel while helping evolve our production capabilities through smarter workflows, AI, and continuous experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Video + Content Production (50%)
  • Produce a steady stream of content—from product videos and outfitting stories to PD Reels, UGC-style content, campaign assets and B-roll.

  • Lead pre-production including creative briefs, shot lists, talent, locations, props and schedules.

  • Partner with creative leads to direct shoots and keep productions running smoothly.

  • Manage post-production from edits and feedback through final delivery.

  • Continuously test new formats, production techniques and AI-powered workflows that help us create more while staying true to the Title Nine brand.

  • Bring fresh ideas inspired by emerging platforms, creators and storytelling trends.

Creative Production + Operations (50%)
  • Produce ecommerce photo shoots from planning through final asset delivery.

  • Schedule videographers, stylists, models, retouchers and other creative partners.

  • Own production timelines, keeping projects moving and cross-functional teams informed.

  • Partner on budgeting, resource planning and vendor management.

  • Coordinate project kickoff, reviews and creative deliverables for cross functional partners

  • Improve production workflows through better processes, documentation and AI-enabled efficiencies.

  • Help ensure every asset supports a consistent omni-channel customer experience.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years producing integrated creative content for retail, outdoor or lifestyle brands.

  • Deep understanding of video production from concept through post-production.

  • Experience creating content across ecommerce, paid media, social and brand campaigns.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple productions.

  • Ability to build and organize a growing library of reusable video assets.

  • Experience leading freelance crews and creative vendors.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Frame.io, Figma, Google Workspace and project management tools.

  • Curiosity around AI and emerging creative technology—and a willingness to test what works.

  • A sharp creative eye for storytelling, photography, styling and brand consistency.

  • Clear communication and the ability to keep cross-functional teams aligned.

You'll thrive in this role if you…
  • You naturally think video-first, but understand how content works across every channel.

  • You love building systems that make creative work better, faster and smarter.

  • You're energized by experimentation and aren't afraid to test, learn and iterate.

  • You bring a player/coach mindset, sharing knowledge, supporting teammates and helping raise the creative bar for everyone.

  • You believe the best stories happen outside, and you're excited to inspire more women to get there.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance

  • Paid time off, and a bunch of Holidays (including your bday!)

  • Free and heavily discounted Title Nine products AND pro deals

  • Retirement plan with employer match

  • In-house gym with daily lunchtime fitness classes to get your workout in at work!
