Video Content Producer

St. Cloud, MN | Onsite

Create Content that helps drivers get the answers they're looking for.

At ATS, the stories we share help professional drivers understand who we are, what it's like to work here, and whether ATS is the right fit for them.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, recruiting, and audience engagement.

Your job?

Create authentic video content that attracts, informs, and builds trust with professional drivers, as well as use data and performance insights to make that content even better.

This isn't just a videography role.

You'll operate at the intersection of:

What You'll Actually Do

  • Create and optimize video content that supports recruiting, branding, and audience engagement
  • Plan, film, edit, publish, and manage video projects from start to finish
  • Interview drivers and employees to uncover authentic stories
  • Produce YouTube videos, recruiting campaigns, and social media content
  • Analyze video performance and use insights to improve future content
  • Repurpose and optimize existing content to extend reach and impact
  • Partner with Recruiting, Marketing, Operations, and subject matter experts across ATS

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $82,000. Base salary is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location, compared to others performing substantially similar work.
