What You'll Do

  • Rapidly create short-form video content in a TikTok-native style for platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts (as appropriate for B2B: short, vertical, fast-paced, and hook-driven)
  • Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, or similar-optimizing for speed, clarity, and platform best practices.
  • Translate trending video formats and storytelling styles into professional, brand-safe B2B content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to turn the following into engaging video content:
    • Product announcements
    • Thought leadership insights and leadership team interviews
    • Event moments (conferences, trade shows, internal events)
    • Partner stories and customer interviews
  • Assist with basic filming (smartphone or camera), lighting, framing, captions, and motion graphics.
  • Write or adapt short captions, titles, and hooks optimized for social engagement.
  • Help manage content calendars and coordinate posting schedules.
  • Track and report on basic performance metrics (views, engagement, completion rates).
  • Continuously experiment, test formats, and bring creative ideas to the table.
  • Opportunity to expand role into graphic design based on desire and experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate (or soon-to-be) in Marketing, Communications, Video Production, Journalism, Media, or related field.
  • Strong passion for social media video creation-you already create content on your own or for brands, student organizations, or internships.
  • Ability to move fast, iterate quickly, and balance creativity with feedback.
  • Familiarity with platform trends, hooks, pacing, captions, and vertical video formats.
  • Basic understanding (or strong curiosity) about B2B marketing and professional audiences.
  • Interest in healthcare, mental health, technology, or mission-driven work is a plus.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn corporate brand standards and adapt creative instincts accordingly.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • A personal or professional video portfolio (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience creating content for conferences or live events.
  • Basic motion graphics, animation, or captioning skills.
  • Analytics curiosity-interest in what performs and why.
