About the Role:

The Mi Vida Bartender plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional beverage experience that aligns with the vibrant and authentic spirit of Mi Vida. This position is responsible for crafting a wide range of cocktails and beverages with precision, creativity, and consistency, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat patronage. The bartender will engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining and social experience. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. Ultimately, the Mi Vida Bartender contributes significantly to the establishment’s reputation by combining expert mixology skills with outstanding customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States.
  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Basic knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink preparation techniques, and bar equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
