[Job Description]

Research, develop, and improve our food products across multiple markets, including regional and consumer-specific adaptations.

Support product formulation and packaging development, ensuring compatibility, quality, safety, and shelf-life performance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Design, and Supply Chain teams to bring products from concept to commercialization.

Assist in evaluating packaging materials, specifications, and functionality to support product performance and regulatory compliance.

Conduct product trials, testing, and evaluations, documenting results and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Stay current on food industry trends, ingredients, processing technologies, and packaging innovations; recommend improvements as appropriate.

Maintain accurate documentation for formulations, trials, specifications, and final products to support quality and consistency.

Ensure compliance with applicable food safety standards, regulations, and internal quality requirements.

Requirements

Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent experience preferred.

1-5 years of R&D experience in food manufacturing, product development, or related fields.

Experience supporting both product and packaging development is strongly preferred.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred (not required).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with food processing or R&D software.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
