You will bring 7+ years of progressive and successful leadership experience with relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment as well as leading a union represented workforce. The hiring range for this role in the Marietta, GA, Miramar, FL, Charlotte, NC, Birmingham, AL, Garner, NC, Jacksonville, FL, New Orleans, LA, and Tampa, FL locations is $243,000.00 $318,885.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

We will also consider candidates in the following areas. Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:

  • Orlando, FL, Spanish Fort, AL, and Baton Rouge, LA area hiring range: $230,900.00 - $303,030.00

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 30% Target Incentive, based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
