Job Summary and Qualifications

​The Vice President, Quality promotes high quality, patient-centered care by overseeing aspects of the Quality Management/Patient Safety Program(s) and Performance Improvement programs across complex organizations (multi-site campus, service lines). The Vice President ensures the facilitation and utilization of diverse strategies and communication for quality and performance improvement, providing an integrated framework for monitoring, evaluating, and improving quality of care. The Vice President promotes performance improvement to drive care excellence and oversees the hospital regulatory and accreditation program.


What qualifications you will need:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health-related field ​​Required​ 
  •  Master’s degree in nursing or health-related field ​​Preferred​
  •  3+ years data analysis in a healthcare setting ​​Required​
  •  4+ years experience in healthcare quality/risk management with demonstrated leadership ​​Required​ 


HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 404-bed tertiary care hospital. We are accredited by the Joint Commission and are a Level II Trauma Center. We are a teaching hospital in collaboration with UCF College of Medicine. Our hospital is conveniently and centrally located in the Heart of Kissimmee.
