Job description

Job Title: Vice President, User Experience & Design
Location: Remote
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Clari + Salesloft are building the next era of enterprise revenue - one where teams make confident decisions powered by AI and real signals. By combining our scale, insights, and AI innovation, we're building the industry's first Predictive Revenue System, enabling humans and AI to work together to make smarter decisions and drive consistent growth.
With thousands of customers using our platforms every day, we have an unmatched view into how revenue is actually won - the Revenue Context that reveals what happens, when, and with what outcome. This gives us a unique opportunity to transform an entire category and set a new benchmark for how modern revenue teams operate.
Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue - and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
At Clari + Salesloft, our VP, User Experience & Design will be pivotal to our company's success. This role will be responsible for leading the charge in defining the next generation of Revenue Orchestration. Beyond leading a team, you will directly influence how thousands of sales organizations work with data, workflows, and AI. Reporting to the CPO, you will serve as a key member of the product leadership team, partnering with VPs of Product to help customers transform GTM for an AI-first world.
As the steward of our end-to-end product experience, you will own the design and research strategy for our entire software portfolio. Specifically, you will:
  • Define and execute a cohesive UX strategy across the full product suite. You will ensure that our platform feels like a unified ecosystem rather than a collection of features.
  • Partner deeply with the VPs of Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap. You'll act as the voice of the user at the executive level, ensuring our "North Star" vision is grounded in user needs.
  • Lead the evolution of our platform into an AI-first experience. You will define how generative AI and predictive analytics manifest in the UI to empower, rather than overwhelm, the user.
  • Lead, scale, and inspire a high-performing global team of ~17 designers. You'll foster a culture of craft excellence, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee our design system to ensure UI consistency, accessibility, and development velocity. Optimize our design-to-engineering handoff processes.
  • Champion a research-led culture. Ensure that qualitative and quantitative insights are the foundation of every major product decision.

In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our 'team over self' core value, you will also have the opportunity to reinvent how the world's most successful companies generate revenue. You will have an opportunity to build a world-class design organization and make a difference.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 12+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP level) within a high-growth SaaS environment. Previous experience owning the end to end experience across a full product portfolio is highly desired.
  • Deep experience in B2B Revenue, CRM, or Sales Technology. You understand the personas of Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and RevOps.
  • A proven track record of building and shipping AI-native products. You understand the unique UX challenges of prompt engineering, model transparency, and trust in automated workflows.
  • Ability to oscillate between high-level "blue sky" strategy and the granular details of a design system.
  • Experience implementing design thinking and agile UX methodologies at scale across multiple product lines.

If you're looking for an opportunity to learn more, do more, and become more, then becoming a VP, User Experience & Design is the career path for you!
At Clari + Salesloft, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone belongs and can thrive. We focus on culture add, not culture fit, and believe our teams are made stronger by the unique perspectives, experiences, and identities each person brings.
We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and provide employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, or any other characteristic protected by law.
If you're excited about this role even though your experience may not perfectly match every requirement, we encourage you to apply. We are actively hiring across multiple geographies and would love to welcome passionate, curious, and mission-driven individuals to our growing team. Explore our open roles and consider joining us!
