Marketbridge is seeking a Vice President, Media to lead and evolve our integrated media practice. This role will be responsible for shaping the vision and future direction of the practice, building the team and operating model needed to support continued growth, and ensuring our media capabilities remain innovative, differentiated, and responsive to changing client and market needs.
Working alongside senior leaders across strategy, client services, analytics, creative, and activation, the VP will develop a high-performing, globally connected media organization that delivers sophisticated brand-to-demand programs for enterprise B2B clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Vice President, Media will provide strategic and operational leadership across the media practice. You will establish the standards, tools, processes, talent model, and commercial approach required to support continued growth while maintaining a high level of quality across client engagements.
You will also serve as a senior media advisor on our most complex accounts and play an active role in new business, organizational planning, and the ongoing development of Marketbridge’s integrated media offering.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership and Growth
  • Define and lead the vision, methodology, and strategic direction of the integrated media practice
  • Build the team, leadership structure, and delivery model required to scale the practice while continuing to evolve and strengthen Marketbridge’s media offering
  • Develop a scalable global operating model, including offshore and distributed delivery capabilities, that supports growth without compromising strategic quality or client experience
  • Establish consistent media standards, processes, tools, and governance across teams
  • Identify opportunities to expand Marketbridge’s media capabilities and differentiate our offering in the market
  • Contribute to agency growth through new business development, pitches, capability presentations, and solution design
Enterprise Media Strategy
  • Provide senior strategic oversight across integrated media planning and activation for enterprise B2B clients
  • Advise clients on media investment, channel strategy, measurement, organizational structure, and long-term transformation
  • Ensure media strategies are connected to clients’ broader business, brand, demand generation, and revenue objectives
  • Oversee the development of sophisticated cross-channel programs spanning programmatic, paid social, SEM, trade publications, traditional media, outdoor, and emerging channels
  • Serve as the escalation point and senior strategic counsel for complex or high-profile client engagements
Scaling and Operational Excellence
  • Design and implement scalable delivery models that improve quality, efficiency, consistency, and profitability
  • Lead the continued development of offshore and distributed media capabilities, ensuring clear ownership, strong communication, and consistent quality standards
  • Determine the appropriate balance of onshore, offshore, centralized, and client-dedicated resources
  • Partner with operations and finance leaders to oversee pricing, staffing, utilization, resourcing, and margin performance
  • Establish clear roles, workflows, quality-control processes, and service-level expectations across the media function
  • Monitor the health of the practice and proactively address capacity, capability, and delivery risks
Team Leadership and Capability Building
  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of media leaders and practitioners
  • Build a clear organizational structure and career path that supports both team growth and business needs
  • Coach senior team members and strengthen leadership capabilities throughout the practice
  • Identify future talent and skill requirements as the media landscape and client needs evolve
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Commercial and Client Leadership
  • Act as an executive-level partner to senior client stakeholders
  • Build confidence in Marketbridge’s media capabilities through clear, commercially grounded recommendations
  • Partner with client leaders to identify opportunities for account expansion and increased media investment
  • Oversee major media budgets and ensure appropriate governance, risk management, and financial accountability
  • Support the development of pricing models, scopes of work, staffing plans, and commercial agreements
Innovation and Measurement
  • Establish the practice’s approach to media measurement, optimization, reporting, and performance storytelling
  • Partner with analytics and technology leaders to strengthen the connection between media performance and business outcomes
  • Evaluate emerging platforms, technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and industry developments
  • Ensure the practice remains current with evolving privacy requirements, buying models, platform capabilities, and B2B media trends
  • Introduce new approaches that improve performance, efficiency, and the client experience

Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, buying, and leadership, ideally within an agency environment
  • Significant experience leading media strategy and delivery for large, complex enterprise clients
  • Deep understanding of B2B media, including programmatic, paid social, SEM, trade publications, traditional media, and integrated channel planning
  • Proven experience building, scaling, or transforming a media practice or substantial media capability
  • Experience leading distributed, global, offshore, or blended delivery teams
  • Demonstrated success developing operating models, workflows, governance structures, and quality standards
  • Experience overseeing multimillion-dollar media budgets and complex client portfolios
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with pricing, staffing, utilization, profitability, and scope development
  • Proven success leading senior teams, developing leaders, and managing organizational change
  • Experience supporting new business pitches and expanding media relationships within existing accounts
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to advise, influence, and build credibility with senior client stakeholders
  • Deep familiarity with major media platforms and technologies, including The Trade Desk and/or DV360
  • Strong analytical judgment and the ability to translate performance data into clear business recommendations
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities

We aim to offer competitive and equitable compensation based on factors such as location, relevant experience, skills, and market benchmarks. The anticipated salary range for this role is $130,000 to $180,000.
Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s qualifications, and additional flexibility may be considered for candidates whose experience and expertise significantly exceed the role’s core requirements.
