Join us in our commitment to driving innovation, inspiring collaboration, fostering a positive company culture, and achieving unparalleled success.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President, Digital Performance Marketing is the enterprise leader responsible for the pre-transaction digital growth layer of the business. This role owns the "what" and "where" of digital activation before the transaction begins: who we target, what we say, where traffic lands, and how we optimize non-transactional digital experiences to improve performance at scale.
Operating at the center of Marketing, Media, Digital Commerce & Experience, Product, Strategy, and Analytics, this leader sets the enterprise strategy, operating model, and governance for digital performance marketing. The VP translates business and marketing priorities into coordinated, data-driven activation across paid, owned, CRM, push, and merchandising surfaces-building a modern performance engine grounded in segmentation, experimentation, personalization, and AI-enabled optimization.
Un-carrier® Responsibilities
  • Serve as the enterprise owner for digital performance marketing across the pre-transaction customer journey
  • Translate enterprise and marketing priorities into scalable digital activation that drives growth and improves traffic quality
  • Establish governance, decision frameworks, and performance forums across Marketing, Media, Digital Commerce, Product, and Analytics
  • Build capabilities in audience strategy, experimentation, personalization, and AI-enabled optimization
  • Set enterprise strategy and operating model for digital performance marketing
  • Own audience segmentation, targeting frameworks, and personalization logic
  • Lead cross-channel campaign activation across digital and merchandising surfaces
  • Optimize non-transactional digital experiences including landing pages and messaging
  • Partner with Media on channel strategy, traffic quality, and campaign performance
  • Act as strategic advisor during campaign planning to ensure digital readiness
  • Partner with Digital Commerce & Experience to improve funnel performance and conversion

The Experience You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth leadership
  • Proven success leading enterprise-scale customer acquisition and digital activation strategies
  • Deep expertise in audience strategy, CRM, experimentation, and marketing analytics
  • Experience partnering with media, product, analytics, and technology teams
  • Strong executive presence and ability to lead in matrixed environments
  • Track record of modernizing marketing through data, AI, and automation
  • Experience in telecom, subscription, or e-commerce businesses preferred

Enough about what you've done. Let's talk about who you are.
  • A strategic operator who designs and evolves enterprise-wide models for scale
  • A data-native thinker who uses analytics to drive decisions and outcomes
  • An innovator focused on AI-enabled marketing and personalized experiences
  • A cross-functional leader who aligns teams and influences without authority
  • An experimenter who continuously tests, learns, and optimizes
  • A clear, confident communicator with strong executive presence
