Job description

We are seeking a motivated entry level Sales Representative to join our T-Mobile sales team. This role focuses on driving new sales, managing client accounts, and building long-term relationships with business customers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by identifying and engaging potential customers

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of business accounts

  • Present and sell T-Mobile products and services, including wireless plans, internet solutions, and connected devices

  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional sales opportunities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

  • Track sales activity and customer information in CRM systems

Qualifications
