Job description

We are hiring a VP of AI and New Digital Solutions!!

The Vice President of AI and New Digital Solutions is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and execution of AI-enabled digital solutions across TIDI. Additionally, this hybrid role owns the end-to-end delivery model for new digital products and capabilities, ensuring solutions are aligned to business priorities, delivered with speed and quality, and scaled responsibly across the enterprise.
This role will build and lead an AI-optimized delivery organization that accelerates product development, improves delivery predictability, and enables smarter, more efficient ways of working across product management, engineering, and business functions. The VP will serve as a key partner across Technology, Product Management, New Product Development, Operations, Commercial, and Shared Services to bring innovative, secure, and high-value solutions to market.

This position can work remotely with in the US, but must be willing to come into any of our locations, as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products and solutions from planning through release, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
Translate product strategy into executable delivery plans, clear priorities, and predictable release outcomes.
Establish disciplined delivery processes, including capacity planning, dependency management, release management, and change control.
Build and scale TIDI's AI-enabled delivery model to improve speed, quality, efficiency, and rework reduction.
Embed AI capabilities across the delivery lifecycle, including requirements refinement, test automation, workflow automation, knowledge support, and delivery insights.
Establish guardrails and governance to ensure AI and digital solutions meet security, quality, compliance, and safety standards.
Partner with Product Management, New Product Development, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions aligned to enterprise priorities.
Lead engineering teams and delivery pods to build secure, reliable, and maintainable products and platforms.
Oversee delivery performance through KPIs, operating reviews, RAID management, and executive reporting to drive transparency and accountability.
Manage cross-functional dependencies, external partners, vendors, and delivery capacity to support roadmap execution.
Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Advanced degree in a relevant technical field.
12+ years of leadership experience across technology, engineering, digital product delivery, or AI-enabled transformation.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering enterprise technology solutions.
Experience using AI, automation, and modern engineering practices to improve business and delivery outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong knowledge of agile delivery, software engineering, release management, quality practices, and governance.
Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Track record of building high-performing teams and delivering results in complex, regulated environments.
Experience with ERP-connected operations, quality systems, and responsible AI practices.
Strong financial and vendor management acumen.
