POSITION OVERVIEW

The Associate Vice President of Digital Strategies provides strategic leadership for enrollmentFUEL's digital pillar and serves as the primary advisor on digital marketing strategy for client-partner campaigns. The role leads the development, execution, optimization, and measurement of digital marketing initiatives designed to achieve client-partner enrollment goals and deliver measurable results. The AVP is responsible for client retention and driving growth in their pillar area.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to client institutions on digital advertising initiatives

  • Provide strategic oversight of multi-channel digital marketing engagements and ensure strong ROI for client-partners

  • Analyze past campaign performance to develop strategies that optimize ad budget and maximize outcomes

  • Oversee the development of keyword strategies, advertising copy, landing page content, and creative assets that drive engagement and conversion

  • Build trusted relationships with senior institutional leaders

  • Support retention and growth within client partnerships by identifying opportunities to expand digital and related enrollment services

  • Manage digital marketing and marketing automation team members

  • Serve as enrollmentFUELs internal subject matter expert on digital marketing

  • Contribute to the continued development of enrollmentFUELs digital marketing methodologies, tools, and solutions

  • Partner with the sales, client services, and operations teams to support discovery conversations, solution design, and proposals where digital marketing expertise is required

  • Represent enrollmentFUEL through conference presentations, professional engagement, and thought leadership within the higher education community

  • TRAVEL Periodic travel may be required; 2–4x per year


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Associate Vice President of Digital Strategies supervises the Digital Marketing pillar (team), including digital, marketing automation, and SEO staff members.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred

  • Extensive experience developing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns; experience in higher education marketing preferred

  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing platforms, influencer marketing, search engine and AI optimization, advertising metrics, analytics, and a willingness to stay abreast of emerging industry trends

  • Adaptability regarding new and changing processes and product changes

  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a remote environment

  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other digital marketing content creation tools
