RadiFi Credit Union has an immediate vacancy for a Vice President, BSA to manage the Credit Union’s BSA/Fraud functions, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and Credit Union policies and procedures.  This individual will manage the fraud team, provide recommendations to management related to fraud mitigation, and serve as the Credit Union contact for NCUA consumer affairs.
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Vice President will serve as an administrator for the Patriot Officer BSA/AML and Fraud software tool and Lexis Nexis Instant ID, ensuring full utilization of functionalities. Risk-related assessments, policies and procedures, staff and company-wide training will be an essential part of this role. 
A minimum of five years of similar or related experience within a financial institution encompassing a broad knowledge of products and services, with a strong familiarity with compliance-related issues, check holds, CTRs, and SARs is required.  Fraud investigation experience is preferred.  
A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing while maintaining required certification (s) for the role of BSA Compliance Officer, and maintaining a Certified Fraud Examiner Certificate. Exceptional communication and investigative skills are required, with the ability to deal with auditors, examiners, and senior management.
