As a Senior Vice President, Software Engineering Manager of the AI Platform Development team, you will drive the strategy, development, and delivery of the AI Platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and contribute to Blackstone's growth.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead AI Platform development team, delivering shared AI/ML services, infrastructure and tooling.
โ€ข Partner with Lead Architect to define and execute the vision for the AI Platform as well as Agent and Tool Support.
โ€ข Deliver standardized, selfโ€‘service platform capabilities aligned with security, risk and compliance expectations.
โ€ข Contribute to the Platform Architecture function, defining reference architectures, standards and guardrails.
โ€ข Partner with data, cloud, security, risk and application teams to ensure platform alignment and control.
โ€ข Establish engineering standards for reliability, resilience, observability and controlled change.
โ€ข Build, develop, and retain highโ€‘performing engineering talent.
Qualifications:
Required:
