Strategy Execution Drive

  • Work with Sales VP to translate sales strategy into concrete execution mechanisms.
  • Back-drive strategic priorities into sales cadence, priorities, and performance focus.
  • Monitor adoption and execution drift across regions.
  • Ensure sales teams understand not just what the strategy is, but how it changes daily execution.

Deep Opportunity Governance

  • Partner with Sales VP to conduct deep, judgment-based opportunity and pipeline reviews.
  • Decompose complex or high-risk deals to uncover false pipeline, execution gaps, and sales tactics.
  • Challenge deal narratives with evidence, patterns, and commercial logic.
  • Recommend intervention strategies (deal focus, leadership involvement, resource shifts).
  • Track corrective actions and ensure follow-through.


Sales Behavior Governance

  • Define and reinforce expected sales behaviors and operating rhythm across teams.
  • Observe behavioral signals through pipeline movement, activity patterns, and execution outcomes.
  • Identify systemic behavior issues (e.g. optimism bias, deal hoarding).
  • Support VP Sales in holding sales leaders accountable for execution quality.
  • Ensure sales management is proactive rather than reactive.



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act on behalf of VP Sales to orchestrate cross-functional alignment for key deals or initiatives.
  • Align Sales, Solution, Finance, Legal, PM, and Operations around execution priorities.
  • Resolve conflicts by anchoring discussions on business outcomes and deal progression.
  • Ensure internal resources are mobilized where they matter most.


Forecast Quality Control

  • Act as the primary partner to VP Sales on forecast credibility and confidence calibration.
  • Lead forecast reviews that challenge inconsistencies between pipeline, deal reality, and commitments.
  • Identify forecast bias at team and regional levels.
  • Provide scenario-based views of forecast risk and confidence.
  • Help VP Sales communicate forecast truth to the executive team.

Qualification


Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual in Chinese and English
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or sales management-related leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with sales leaders based on deep understanding of sales behavior, deal logic, and execution realities.
  • Strong authority in pipeline governance, forecast calibration, and execution management.
  • Proven ability to challenge senior sales leaders constructively and credibly.
  • Experience operating in multi-region or complex sales organizations.

Preferred:

  • Experience in enterprise B2B, industrial, automation, or complex solution sales.
  • Prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role or sales management role, with demonstrated ability to translate sales experience into management judgment.
