Fabletics is currently looking for a VP, Global Logistics.

How Do You Fit In?

As the VP of Global Logistics you will oversee a global logistics organization that nimbly supports fast-changing consumer behavior and business growth goals. This role will be responsible for leading a global organization that provides support for all brands within the FableticsOS portfolio including Fabletics, and Savage X Fenty. This is a leadership role overseeing Transportation/Logistics, Trade Compliance, and Digital Supply Chain. We are seeking someone who will challenge the status quo in search of new processes, ideas, and technology to deliver on growth while operating efficiently.

This position will report to the SVP, Operations of FableticsOS.

What You Will Do:

Logistics & Transportation Leadership

  • Lead global logistics strategy and execution for B2C, B2B, and Retail operations across all transportation modes including inbound, outbound, and parcel.

  • Manage transportation partners, freight providers, and carriers to ensure strong service levels, cost performance, and operational accountability.

  • Optimize transportation network design to improve cost, speed, reliability, and customer experience.

  • Partner with fulfillment, production, and other teams to ensure accurate shipment visibility to support business needs.

  • Lead contract negotiations and performance management with logistics providers, carriers, and other supply chain partners.

Trade Compliance

  • Own trade compliance strategy, governance, and execution across the organization.

  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, classification, documentation, and related trade processes.

  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Production, and external brokers or advisors to identify risk, strengthen controls, and ensure compliance discipline.

  • Build scalable processes that improve visibility, reduce exposure, and support efficient global product movement including internationally.

Digital Supply Chain: KPI Ownership, Data Analytics & Performance Management

  • Own the supply chain KPI framework for logistics, transportation, trade compliance, and operational performance.

  • Establish clear metrics, reporting cadences, dashboards, and accountability mechanisms across cost, service, speed, quality of execution, and partner performance.

  • Own the Data Analytics for the team to identify opportunities, diagnose root causes, and drive measurable business improvement.

  • Own P&L and support forecasting for freight across the company.

  • Translate supply chain performance into executive-level insights, recommendations, and action plans.

  • Build a culture of fact-based decision-making, operational rigor, and continuous improvement.

Supply Chain Technology & Transformation

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of new supply chain technologies that improve visibility, automation, efficiency, and decision-making.

  • Partner with Technology, Analytics, Finance, and other teams to improve technology including logistics systems, visibility tool, and other reporting tools.

  • Drive process improvement and systems adoption across the organization, ensuring teams have the tools, documentation, and operating rhythms needed to execute effectively.

  • Challenge legacy processes and identify practical technology solutions that support scale, speed, and operating discipline.

  • Lead AI adoption and process improvement across the logistics organization.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build strong partnerships across Fabletics, including Production, Planning, Fulfillment, Finance, Technology, and Customer Experience.

  • Influence cross-functional decisions that impact inventory flow, cost, delivery experience, and operational readiness.

  • Support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and network planning through strong analytics and operational insight.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with clear goals, strong accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

What You Can Bring:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, trade compliance, supply chain strategy, and operations transformation.

  • 5+ years of senior team leadership experience including experience leading a team.

  • Deep experience managing freight providers, parcel carriers, customs brokers, and transportation partners.

  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce, retail, and B2B supply chain operations.

  • Knowledge and experience building scalable B2B logistics and compliance processes.

  • Demonstrated experience using data, KPIs, and analytics to improve cost, service, speed, and operational performance.

  • Experience leading logistics or supply chain technology initiatives, including systems implementation, process redesign, automation, or visibility tools.

  • Strong understanding of trade compliance, customs, import/export processes, and related operational controls.

  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

  • An exceptional communicator who can simplify complex operational issues, align cross-functional stakeholders, and clearly articulate risks, tradeoffs, recommendations, and business impact.

  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and business case development.

  • Experience negotiating with logistics providers, freight partners, parcel carriers, and external service providers.

  • Ideal candidate has experience to also lead the Sustainability Organization.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.

The annual basesalary range for this position is from $220,000-$280,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects topayfor the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
