Vice President Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial or B2B capital equipment sales, with a proven record of exceeding targets
  • Minimum 5+ years in a senior sales leadership or management position
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred
  • Prior experience selling CNC machine tools, grinding machines (prefer experience with selling Grinding Machines), or related precision manufacturing equipment
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools for effective decision-making
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and communicate value to engineering and procurement audiences
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for client meetings, trade shows, and internal team activities. Must be willing to relocate to Grand Rapids, Michigan.
