CPA – Directeur(trice), finances et comptabilité

Une occasion de prendre progressivement la direction financière d'un groupe privé et de devenir un partenaire direct du président.

Notre client est un groupe familial privé actif dans le développement immobilier, les placements privés et les technologies appliquées à l'immobilier.

Dans le cadre de la retraite prochaine de l'actuelle vice-présidente, finances, le groupe recherche un(e) CPA expérimenté(e) qui prendra progressivement la responsabilité complète de la fonction financière.

Une transition structurée avec la VP Finance est prévue afin d'assurer un transfert approfondi des connaissances avant son départ.

Votre mandat

Relevant directement du président, vous deviendrez progressivement son principal partenaire financier.

Le rôle combine environ :

  • 70 % – Comptabilité, conformité et contrôle
  • 30 % – Finance, analyse et soutien aux décisions

Vous aurez également l'occasion de reprendre une équipe expérimentée et de reconstruire progressivement votre propre fonction financière à la suite de départs à la retraite prévus au cours des prochaines années.

Vos principales responsabilités

Finance et comptabilité

  • Superviser le cycle comptable, les clôtures et les états financiers ;
  • Assurer le suivi et la consolidation d'environ 25 sociétés, fiducies et structures de gestion ;
  • Superviser la fiscalité et les dossiers réglementaires ;
  • Maintenir des contrôles internes solides ;
  • Gérer les relations avec les banques, auditeurs, fiscalistes et autres partenaires financiers.

Développement immobilier

  • Préparer et analyser les pro formas immobiliers ;
  • Analyser les coûts de développement et de construction ainsi que la rentabilité des projets ;
  • Participer à l'analyse des acquisitions de terrains et des nouvelles opportunités ;
  • Évaluer les impacts financiers du zonage, du financement et des différentes phases de développement ;
  • Préparer des analyses destinées au président, aux investisseurs et aux prêteurs.

Leadership et transformation

  • Superviser et développer l'équipe financière ;
  • Organiser le transfert des connaissances lié aux départs à la retraite ;
  • Recruter progressivement les nouvelles ressources ;
  • Participer à l'implantation d'un nouvel environnement comptable et financier ;
  • Simplifier, documenter et automatiser les processus ;
  • Contribuer à l'intégration progressive de l'IA et de nouvelles technologies dans la fonction finance.
