Vice President of Operations

Location: Massachusetts

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Operations to lead strategic initiatives, enhance program development, and ensure operational excellence across our behavioral healthcare facilities. If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for expanding access to high-quality care, we want to hear from you!

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders to build and expand programs.
Operational Oversight
  • Manage all business functions, including marketing, staffing, and support services.
  • Ensure fiscal responsibility, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards are met.
  • Oversee resource allocation and budget adherence to optimize efficiency.
Team Development
  • Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring program directors and operational staff.
  • Foster a collaborative culture centered on quality care and customer service.
Quality Assurance
  • Review clinical protocols, service definitions, and length-of-stay guidelines.
  • Support program directors in achieving performance targets and payer mix goals.
  • Drive continuous improvements to meet evolving client needs and regulatory requirements.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, psychology, social work, nursing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3-5 years of management experience in substance use or mental health services.
  • Expertise in clinical program development, supervision, and regulatory compliance.

Salary:

130,000-150,000 Dependent on Education, Experience, and Licensure.
