We are excited to welcome a VP, Digital Marketing & Social Media to our Marketing team, who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing vision. The successful candidate will drive brand amplification and audience engagement on social media platforms and our websites, contributing to our firm's overall business objectives. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with various business units, including investment banking and asset management, to create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with firm-wide business objectives.
  • Contribute to content strategy and own distribution (including posting content) across company websites, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Work with internal design and creative teams and external vendors to create compelling content focused on market insights and commentary in partnership. with investment banking, capital markets, asset management, structured products, and other business units.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into compelling digital that is compliant with current regulatory standards.
  • Lead paid and organic social campaigns, including audience targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure engagement, reach, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Manage the consistent implementation of brand guidelines and tone of voice across all online channels.
  • Advise team of emerging digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and technologies, including AI-driven marketing tools.

Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and social media leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Financial services experience required; capital markets or investment banking experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success developing and scaling digital marketing strategies in a regulated industry.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, AI and analytics tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Proven ability to translate technical financial content into accessible, engaging messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior executives and business leaders.

Salary range: $110,000 - $160,000 + annual discretionary bonus
