Job Summary
We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to join our team! As the Vice President of Sales, you will be overseeing the day-to-day activities of the sales team, participating in brainstorming sessions to increase productivity and sales, and developing new sales strategies and opportunities for the team. You will also be responsible for performance reviews and conducting disciplinary actions as needed, hiring and training new staff members, and presenting sales reports to upper management and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has an extensive background in both management and sales, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills. 
Responsibilities 
  • Monitor the day-to-day activities of the sales team
  • Provide guidance and help with difficult sales situations
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new leads, sales initiatives, and sales opportunities
  • Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions, as needed
  • Interview, hire, and train new staff members
  • Work closely with multiple departments and maintain strong relationships and lines of communication
