Job Description Vice President of Sales

Location: Ronkonkoma, NY 11779 (In-office only)

We are hiring a Vice President of Sales for our Ronkonkoma office.
This is a 100% on-site position. It is not a hybrid or remote role, and daily commuting to our Ronkonkoma location is required

This Vice President of Sales is responsible for developing and implementing strategy, leading the sales group toward achieving revenue targets.

Focused on driving business growth, this role requires strong client relationships while maintaining a high-performance sales culture.

Only applicants with sales experience in the military, uniform or tactical apparel, and/or footwear and/or tactical gear will be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Plan:

  • Develop and execute plan aligned to company goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities with new and existing clients across all markets.

Leadership:

  • Recruit talent, train and mentor.
  • Set sales goals and monitor progress.
  • Build and maintain a motivated team culture.

Revenue Management:

  • Achieve or exceed revenue targets, protecting company margin.
  • Analyze performance metrics, taking corrective measures where necessary.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain close relationships with top clients and prospects.
  • Engage in program negotiation, agreement and maintenance.

Market Analysis:

  • Identify competitor trends and activities.
  • Compare with Rothco competitive advantage.
