ADMIN SECRETARY/ FULL-TIME/ 80HRS PER PAY PERIOD/8AM-5PM
The Executive Administrative Assistant is part of the Premier HR function and has responsibility for providing administrative support directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President, Total Rewards, and the various direct report departments to help meet the individual/organization's goals and objectives through the utilization of the organization's Human Resources. This roles involves working closely with Executives, handling various tasks to streamline their work and communication. As a high-performing individual contributor, provides personalized assistance, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. He/she must have excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, as well as possess good judgment and problem-solving skills. Assists with the daily operations of the Human Resource Division across Premier. Reporting directly to the SVP, HR, the position will consult directly with the directors within the HR function to ensure optimal use of available resources and the identification of improvement opportunities within the HR function.
Education:
High School graduate with advanced education.
Experience:
Five years of advanced experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant, including familiarity as a departmental secretary
and report preparation is required. Position requires a high degree of responsibility and experience managing conflicting and complex agendas. Position is
characterized by the incumbent's ability to maintain matters of a confidential nature, handle routine office matters independently, knowledge of corporate
and organizational structure, and ability to effectively interact with a broad range of people. Effective oral and written communication is required. Must
display self-control, tact, sound judgment, diplomacy, and flexibility.
Skills:
Typing proficiency of 80 wpm minimum, including experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook
electronic calendar) is required and adaptability to learn new automated systems as required.
