As a Vice President Strategic Growth you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Assess agency performance and recommend solutions to achieve national marketing goals.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire effective team members.
  • Conduct market assessments to develop strategic growth plans, including expansion and acquisition opportunities.
  • Perform direct sales and coach staff to exceed national and agency SOC and revenue expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales, training, marketing, operational, and clinical leadership to develop and implement strategic growth plans.
  • Facilitate weekly growth meetings with strategic sales team members.
  • Review data to ensure accurate reporting and analyze growth, revenue, and profitability trends.
  • Participate in annual budget development and establish SOC expectations for staff.
  • Ensure appropriate return on investment for sales resources and manage referral development with third-party payors.
  • Act as the brand champion and ensure staff understand and articulate differentiators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve contract renewals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and proactive issue resolution.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements while driving continuous quality improvement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities.
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned.

What is Required?

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related health field.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in sales, marketing, or related field in the health care industry and five (5) years' supervisory experience.
  • Experience in home health or hospice is preferred.
  • Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the State.
  • 50% travel with some overnight stay.
  • Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing.
