Role Purpose

The Vice President, Digital Product Management & Transformation will play a key leadership role in shaping the future of TD Securities' digital products and transaction banking capabilities. Reporting to the Director, Digital Product Management, Transformation, Transaction Banking & Payments this role will help define product strategy, drive modernization initiatives, and lead the translation of business priorities into scalable digital solutions. The role operates across the full product lifecycle, partnering with Product, Technology, Operations, Data and Transformation teams to deliver capabilities that improve client experiences and support enterprise growth objectives. This position requires an individual who can think strategically, operate across organizational boundaries, and drive execution in complex environments while maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes and business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Capability Development Partner with business leaders to define and evolve digital product strategies across transaction banking and digital channels. Translate business priorities, client needs, and market opportunities into actionable product roadmaps. Lead capability planning activities to ensure product investments align to strategic business objectives. Develop product visions, value propositions, target outcomes, and investment recommendations. Identify opportunities to modernize client experiences, improve operational efficiency, and enable future growth. Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and industry benchmarking to support strategic planning activities.
  • Client Journey & Solution Strategy Drive alignment between client journeys, product capabilities, operating models, and technology investments. Facilitate definition of future-state experiences and supporting capability requirements. Work with stakeholders to identify gaps, opportunities, and strategic dependencies across product families. Ensure business requirements are framed through the lens of client value and measurable outcomes. Support development of target-state operating models and strategic transformation roadmaps.
  • Strategic Initiative Leadership Lead high-impact initiatives supporting digital transformation and transaction banking modernization objectives. Coordinate execution across Product, Technology, Operations, Data and Transformation teams. Drive resolution of complex business, process, and delivery challenges. Identify critical dependencies, assumptions, and risks that could impact strategic outcomes. Influence decision-making and alignment across senior stakeholder groups. Ensure initiatives deliver measurable value and support broader enterprise objectives.
  • Product Operating Model & Delivery Excellence Support the evolution of product management and delivery practices across Digital Products. Support repeatable approaches for discovery, prioritization, roadmap development, and delivery planning. Improve alignment between business planning, product strategy, and technology execution. Contribute to capability development and maturity of product management disciplines across the organization.
  • Strategic Enablement Prepare strategic recommendations, business cases, executive presentations, and investment proposals. Support executive engagement activities with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations and Transformation. Provide thought leadership and structured analysis to support complex decision-making.
Education & Experience Required
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Digital Transformation, Business Strategy, or Delivery Leadership.
  • Proven experience delivering large, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience working across Product, Technology, Operations, and Transformation organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Experience building business cases, product roadmaps, strategic recommendations, and executive-level materials.
Preferred Experience
  • In Transaction Banking, Treasury Services, Payments, Commercial Banking, or Capital Markets.
  • Knowledge of digital channel modernization, client experience design, and product operating models.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Product Management frameworks.
