  • Build best-in-class category management and strategic sourcing capabilities.
  • Drive commodity risk management strategies across agricultural inputs including grains, edible oils, sweeteners, dairy, cocoa, and related commodities.
  • Deliver measurable cost savings, working capital improvements, supplier innovation, and EBITDA growth.
  • Lead procurement transformation through analytics, AI-enabled decision tools, automation, and digital technologies.
  • Develop strategic supplier partnerships that improve innovation, resilience, quality, and customer value.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, Quality, Engineering, and R&D to support enterprise objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement organization while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain leadership experience.
  • Executive leadership experience within commercial baking.
  • Strong background managing commodity-based supply chains and agricultural inputs.
