Job Description

Vice President of Operations needed with strong mental health background.  Healthcare Organization is highly specialize in serving Mental health patients. VP Will have responsibility over 8-12 Clinics and will need to travel to the vqrious locations within San  Francisco and Los Angeles, Ca.

Please NOTE:  Position can be home office based.

Prefer San Francisco or LA area. Must be near a major airport. Can be home based.

  • Accountable for the delivery of efficient, safe, and high
    quality patient care, that meets regulatory requirements and promotes a
    positive client experience.


    • Develop a strategic plan to that achieve financial, operational, clinical, compliance and marketing goals.


  • Plan, develop and implement strategies for generating revenue opportunities for the Company.


  • Identify growth opportunities.


  • Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency,
    quality, customer service and cost effective management of resources.


  • Review metrics, reports and financial statements to determine progress and implement improvement plans where indicated.


  • Develop and maintain a sound plan of organization. Develop a
    comprehensive management contingency plan that provides organization
    stability. Build and develop leadership teams. Hold individuals
    accountable for performance objectives.


  • Ensure that the Mission, Vision, Values and Principles are upheld throughout the organization.

    Develop
    key positive relationships with local industry, local government,
    potential key health care providers and the general public.


  • Represent the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings and formal functions.


QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years management level experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret financial data

Knowledge & skills with Microsoft products & general computer literacy.

  • Prior experience in an outpatient healthcare setting.

  • Multi-site experience required.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated success in building high performing operating teams.

  • Demonstrated success in driving initiatives that yield strong results.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Exhibits good time management skills.

    Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree, Masters highly pref.
    Excellent compensation and benefits.  Bonus plan is annually at 30%
