Somnia Anesthesia, a physician-owned and led anesthesia group, is seeking Anesthesiologists to join their growing team at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington, CT. This role offers a strong emphasis on work-life balance, with 13 weeks of PTO and a $100K sign-on bonus. The position involves working in the hospital 50% of the time with remote call that is rarely called in, and a post-call day off.

Practice Info

  • Work half the year at the hospital
  • 1 in 4 weekday remote call for O.R. & OB, rarely called in, post-call day off
  • 12 full weekends a year
  • 4 ORs + 1 GI + OB
  • 109 beds community hospital
  • Medical direction model supervising 4 CRNAs

Compensation

  • $550,000 annually with 13 weeks PTO
  • $100K Sign-On Bonus
  • CME - Up to $3,000
  • Referral bonus of up to $5,000
