Anesthesiologist - 26 Week Job Share 1099/W2 - Windber, PA
Facility: Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center
Novus Anesthesia Partners is excited to partner with Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center! We are dedicated to building a cohesive and high-performing clinical team with a sustainable, professional and supportive environment.
We are seeking talented Anesthesiologist's to join us in our practice setting at Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center in Winder, PA.
Caseload includes: ENT, Gastro, General, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Oral, Ortho, Pain, Podiatry, and Urology
Pay: W-2 or 1099 options
Compensation:
  • $425k W2 option
  • $500k 1099 option
  • $50k recruitment retention incentive
  • Back-up Call Only
Benefits:
  • Full benefits suite for W2 providers
  • Competitive, above-market pay
  • Medical Malpractice coverage
  • Support for mandatory license(s) and credentialing
Qualifications:
  • Candidates with strong independent practice experience
  • All Novus providers must meet state licensure requirements.
  • Providers must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where they will have privileges.
  • Two or more years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred.
  • Must have solid decision-making ability.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Assist with patient preparation and recovery.
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Anesthesiologist with PA license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
