Serves in a leadership role to exemplify the highest standards and values to all employees and customers. Facilitates compliance with Corporate Compliance and regulating agencies.

Accountabilities
* Manages daily staffing to match workload and OR availability expectations, including approval of freelance, contract labor, and overtime in department in a cost effective manner. 15%
* Manages and coordinates non-clinical functions within the department including but not limited to in-service education, staff meetings, time allocation for support processes, work requests, and intra- and inter- departmental communication. 6%
* Addresses personnel issues, according to policy, including employee training, counseling, evaluation, disciplinary actions, termination, and other employee relations activities. 8%
