What You'll Do
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient goals
- Provide hands-on therapy services to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical response and outcomes
- Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Apply clinical judgment to ensure safe and effective treatment approaches
- Educate residents and families on therapy programs, goals, and progress
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Support a safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols
- Stay current with best practices and continue professional development to maintain licensure
- Provide leadership and guidance to support staff when applicable
Must Have Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA/CAPTE preferred)
- Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to develop individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and staff
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working with the geriatric population
- 2+ years of physical therapy experience
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or rehabilitation settings

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $51.00-$52.00 Hourly
